We do not calculate any customs charges or fees and you will be responsible for all customs fees and duties that may be assessed by your country's customs agency. Within California, a 8.25% sales tax is charged on all orders. We do not charge tax to residents outside of California. You are responsible for any taxes that may be assessed by your country’s customs agency (if you live outside of the US).

Returned items must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed.

Damaged or mis-shipped items

We package all items securely and safely, but occasionally damage occurs during shipping. If you have received item(s) that were damaged or mis-shipped, we will replace them free of charge. Sorry, you are responsible for shipping charges to send the item back to us.

Unwanted items

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to exchange the item for another item of equal value. You are responsible for shipping charges to send the item back to us.

How to return items

Canceling/changing your order

What happens if I haven't received my order?

Due to postal system delays, items occasionally take longer than expected to reach you.

Delivery of items

If you are not at home when delivery is made, the courier will not be able to leave your shipment. Depending on your shipping option, you will be left a notice and the courier will try to deliver the item(s) again the next day, and/or your delivery will be available for pickup at your local post office.

Pre-ordered and backordered Items

When a pre-ordered item is purchased or if an item is on backorder, the package will be shipped only when all the items become available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please get in touch with us at 1-800-764-3472 in North America (1-508-717-0676 internationally).

If any item(s) are out of stock, you will be notified via email of any delays.
